Full Wedding Planning
For couples that want to see their wedding day vision come to life. Share your mood board with us and we’ll handle the rest!
What’s Included:
• Planning timeline
• Unlimited communication by email, scheduled phone appointments and zoom meetings based on availability
• Sourcing the venue
• Up to 2 venue viewings
• Sourcing and coordination of vendors before and during the wedding
• Sourcing and coordinating with ceremony officiant
• Review of all contracts prior to booking
• Assistance with budget tracking
• Reception Seating plan, Cocktail hour and Ceremony layout of wedding
• Facilitating wedding party arrival, processional line up, and transitions
• 2 coordinators on the day
• 10 hours of wedding day coordination

Day of Coordination
For couples that have already planned their big day to perfection. Pass the blueprints to us and enjoy the countdown to the big day!

• One scheduled meeting 6-8 weeks from wedding day to discuss and review plans
• Unlimited communication via email
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Vendor communication takeover
• Sourcing and coordinating with ceremony officiant
• Attendance and coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Facilitating wedding party arrival, processional line up, and transitions
• 1 coordinator on the wedding day
• 8 hours of wedding day coordination

For couples looking for an intimate way to say I-do.
